Our Impact
Athlete Recovery Coalition (ARC) defines impact as improving safety, confidence, and access for youth participating in sports and outdoor activities. Our work focuses on reducing preventable injuries, improving on-site care, and strengthening the systems that support safe participation.
As a growing nonprofit organization, ARC is committed to building programs that produce meaningful, measurable outcomes over time while remaining responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.
Areas of Impact
Improved Access to On-Site Care
By placing certified athletic trainers directly at youth sporting events and outdoor competitions, ARC improves immediate access to qualified care. This presence supports timely injury assessment, appropriate response, and informed decision-making for athletes, families, and event organizers.
Injury Prevention Awareness & Education
ARC programs increase awareness around injury prevention, early symptom recognition, and safe participation practices. Through education and on-site engagement, ARC helps athletes, coaches, and families better understand how to reduce risk and respond appropriately when injuries occur.
Safer Participation Environments
By integrating safety and injury prevention support into youth sports and outdoor activity programming, ARC contributes to safer participation environments. These efforts help reduce barriers to entry, increase confidence among families, and support sustained engagement in physical activity.
Measuring Impact
ARC is committed to responsible evaluation and continuous improvement. As programs expand, impact will be measured through a combination of participation data, event coverage, educational reach, and injury response tracking.
This approach allows ARC to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report outcomes transparently to partners, funders, and community stakeholders.
Our Commitment
ARC is committed to operating with integrity, accountability, and transparency. As the organization grows, we will continue to refine our evaluation methods, share outcomes responsibly, and ensure that resources are used to maximize community benefit and youth safety.
